唐蕾,曾就读于日本大阪大学工学部获工学博士学位,现为江南大学生物工程学院教授,中国微生物学会、中国生物化学与分子生物学会会员。
【研究领域】
食品加工和品质变化相关酶类的分子改造与代谢调控;工业微生物菌种选育与发酵优化控制。
